The child care subsidy program (CCDF) is inadequate and unfairly administered. MLICCI promotes reforms to make it more effective. Efforts include legal remedies, research, policy reform, and public education.

mlicci is a statewide organization of parents, providers, & community leaders working together to:

IMPROVE the quality of child care for all Mississippi's low-income children;
