REPORTS & POLICY ANALYSIS

Our Body of Work in Child Care and Workforce Equity Policy Advocacy

MLICCI meets with MS Rep. Sonya Williams Barnes (119th District) and Barnard College students at the MS State Capitol. For more information about the MLICCI/Barnard partnership: https://mssemester.wordpress.com/

MLICCI produces reports and briefs to help advocates and policymakers improve:

  • Access to affordable child care in Mississippi – These reports explore the impact of policy on parents and providers and make policy recommendations for improving Mississippi’s child care assistance program.
  • Workforce equity in Mississippi – These reports explore the impact of policy on women in our state and make policy recommendations for improving Mississippi’s workforce system.

MLICCI is engaged in policy advocacy for affordable child care and workforce equity at the state and national levels.

Below is a list of both our child care and workforce equity publications.
