Our Recommendations for Mississippi's Child Care and Development Fund State Plan

The Child Care Development Fund plays a critical role in supporting child development and family well-being. The program is designed to facilitate parental employment, training, and education, improve the economic well-being of participating families, and promote safe, high-quality care and learning environments for children. The plan is a three-year document.
